We’re reminding employers that replacement ID cards for members of group health benefit plans administered by Star Marketing and Administration, Inc., can be ordered online – as part of self-service options available to you and your covered employees.

• Members can log in at TrustmarkSB.com/login > Overview and then select “Order replacement ID cards,” fill in required information and click on Submit. Members can also view their ID card and print a temporary ID card by selecting “View and print your ID card(s).”
• Employers can log in at TrustmarkSB.com/login > Manage My Group and then select “Replacement ID Cards,” provide required information and click on Submit.
