Employers can access medical and/or dental digital ID cards* for covered employees through Manage My Group.

How to access digital ID cards

Log in to TrustmarkSB.com/login and click on “Administration,” then “Manage My Group” and order through “Digital ID Card.”

Sharing the ID card(s) is simple!

Open the digital ID card(s) file to view, print and/or save. Share the digital file(s) via email with your covered employee(s) or print out the ID card(s).

* ID cards will only display the names of the covered employees, not the name of a spouse or other dependents. ID cards will be available between one and two business days after the ID card vendor has received the order.
