History
The Neuschwanstein Castle Tour offers an extraordinary visit to a German castle called Neuschwanstein. Is an elaborate castle near Füssen, Germany. The completion ceremony was changed to January 29, 1880, but even then, the castle was still under construction, and a lot of work had to be done.
The technical fittings were completed some four and a half years later, and therefore the court remained incomplete in 1886 when Louis died by drowning himself. He had lived there, off and on, just some six months in total. Several weeks after his death, the incomplete palace was presented to the ordinary people as a museum. The castle wasn’t built as rapidly because the king expected it. The project was too comprehensive, and therefore it becomes vacant.
However, it became a residency for many masons and workers before becoming a residency for the king because it was too much of a sad palace because of the previous king’s death and said to be possessed by the soul of the king himself for years. The topping-out ceremony for the Palas wasn’t until 1880. The king moved in in 1884.
