Metro Bank appoints director of colleague experience and inclusion

Metro Bank director Metro Bank has appointed Chit Ghee Yeoh (pictured) as director of colleague experience and inclusion.

Yeoh joined the business in 2014 as head of internal audit and will move over to her new role in the autumn.

With over 20 years’ experience in banking and accounting, Yeoh previously held a number of senior roles at Deloitte and Arthur Andersen. According to Metro Bank, her knowledge of banking and finance workplaces has helped form an understanding of the potential barriers to inclusion and how to combat them.

Yeoh said: “I’m so proud to be part of Metro Bank and the genuinely diverse and inclusive culture we have created. My goal is to keep building on this good work to ensure every employee feels welcomed and supported regardless of any differences they may have. I can’t wait to get started.”

Carol Frost, chief people officer at Metro Bank, added: “Chit Ghee’s passion for developing talent and aptitude for creating environments where staff thrive and grow will mean she shines in this role. I can’t wait to see what she achieves and look forward to celebrating her inevitable success.”
