Celebrate success at the Employee Benefits Awards 2024

Employee Benefits Awards 2024There is still time to enter the Employee Benefits Awards 2024 following the deadline extension to midnight on Friday 9 February.

The awards feature a wide variety of categories designed to enable organisations to showcase their excellence in all areas of reward and benefits. These include:

The category for Best public sector benefits, which celebrates the steps a public sector organisation has taken to implement a successful benefits package or initiative for its employees.

Meanwhile, the category Best voluntary benefits is designed for organisations that have recently launched or revamped their use of employee-paid, voluntary benefits or staff deals, which are available for its workforce to take up at any time throughout the year.

Additionally, the Best benefits to support reproductive health accolade will recognise an effective benefits strategy that helps staff going through fertility treatment or pregnancy, regardless of gender. Judges will look for organisations that provide measures such as internal or external information, training or advice on such issues, access to specialists or counselling services, support for abortion, infertility, miscarriage and IVF treatment or paid time off for medical appointments or the loss of a pregnancy.

The 22 categories also include several designed to recognise the achievements of individuals within the industry. The title Benefits professional of the year, for example, is designed to celebrate a practising in-house reward, benefits or HR professional with more than five years’ experience, who has made a difference at their organisation through their work. The winner of this award will be viewed as a shining light in the industry, stand out due to their experience and expertise, trailblaze in the initiatives they have introduced, or be seen as someone to turn to for guidance and inspiration.

The 2024 winners will be announced during a lunch-time ceremony at the Employee Benefits Awards on Friday 14 June at the HAC London.
