Podcast: Ogi takes a flexible approach to benefits in order to attract top talent

Listen: For Ogi, the Welsh broadband and internet service provider, a comprehensive benefits suite is a key tool in its talent attraction strategy. In this episode of the Employee Benefits podcast, Lisa Hand, people experience director, explains how having a benefits package that is truly flexible to meet the needs of a diverse workforce is vital when competing in a tight market.

The organisation operates a flexible benefits package with a cash pot for each employee to ensure they have maximum choice of perks that suit their own needs and lifestyles. In addition and in response to the cost-of-living crisis, the employer offered a £1,200 payment to 70% of it’s workforce in the last quarter of 2022.
