Beginning January 1, 2022, the Teladoc^® consult fees for all self-funded plan designs will be:

• General Medical: $55/visit
• Mental Health
  • Therapist: $90/visit
  • Psychiatrist: $220/initial visit; $100/ongoing visit
• Dermatology: $75/online review (no change in the consult fee)

Members with a consumer-directed health plan (CDHP)* or Trustmark Preventive Plus^SM Standard plan are responsible for paying the full consult fee. Today, they will receive one of the following emails notifying them of the consult fee increases and encouraging them to use Teladoc for convenient, affordable virtual care.

• Members with General Medical only
• Members with General Medical and Mental Health services
• Members with General Medical, Mental Health and Dermatology services

Note: All other plan designs offer members a $0 copay; therefore, these members are not impacted by the consult fee changes.
