Monthly Aggregate Claim Liability Summary Statements Are Available in the Document Center

The current self-funded plan design Aggregate Claim Liability Summary Statement(s) is available to view in the Document Center by logging in to the website.

Groups will continue to receive a monthly email notifying them that an important document is available for them to view in the Document Center.

We encourage groups to log on to the website and utilize the Document Center as a secure virtual filing cabinet for important documents.

The Aggregate Claim Liability Summary Statement report tracks claims and compares actual claim activity to the aggregate claim liability. A specific stop-loss report may also be included if specific reimbursement claims have been processed.
