75% of white collar staff are considering quitting

Three in four white-collar workers in the UK are considering quitting their jobs or changing careers due to issues such as burnout, a lack of work-life balance and toxic workplace environments, research has revealed. A nationwide survey of people working in homes and offices, conducted by Censuswide, found that 57% of those in professional, desk, managerial or administrative work were suffering from low morale.

UK Swissport staff receive above-inflation pay rise

Swissport employees, who provide baggage handling and check-in services at a large number of airports across the UK, have voted to accept an above-inflation pay rise. The 8.54% hike will be paid from this month (January 2022) along with a payment to account for a smaller 2.4% rise backdated to January 2020.
