By logging in to the Trustmark Small Business Benefits® website, your employees can look up the network offered under your plan (if applicable) and access:

  • Digital ID card(s)
  • Plan documents
  • Claim information
  • Information on telehealth and medical second opinion services, as well as an online quality and cost transparency tool
  • A Summary of Benefits containing information such as: physician/specialist office visit copay and in/out of network costs

Your employees can also opt in to reduce the amount of paper they receive. During registration, they can turn off paper by opting in for email notifications when a new plan document and EOB become available on our website.
