47% of businesses plan bonuses for Christmas 2022

Almost half (47%) of businesses said they planned to provide staff with year-end bonuses for Christmas 2022, according to research by Just Eat for Business. The Corporate Christmas Rewards Study surveyed 200 decision-makers at UK organisations, and found that 81% planned to host a party to mark the festive season and reward employees. Only 7% were certain they would not be planning a party this year.

Stagecoach Warwickshire gives bus drivers 13.3% pay rise

Stagecoach Warwickshire has given 450 bus drivers a 13.3% pay increase after they began balloting for strike action.
