PSE Offline Marketing hires new head of HR

PSE Offline MarketingData-led marketing business PSE Offline Marketing has appointed Helen James (pictured) as head of HR as of this month.

James, who has more than 22 years of experience in HR, joined the business following 15 years at Karndean, a UK and European flooring manufacturer.

In her new role, she will work closely with the PSE senior management team, contributing to the strategic management of the organisation and all of its people-based activity in order to fulfil the HR strategy in line with the overall business plan.

James said: “I’m so ready for a new challenge with PSE. As a family-run business with genuine values and growth opportunities, this role and its core aims perfectly align with my vision and skill sets. This is an exciting time for the business. As a member of the leadership team, I plan to shape the HR department, grow and develop the people within the business, alongside supporting the stakeholders in achieving their growth plans into 2023 and beyond.”
