The week of November 15, groups with Massachusetts residents having a health benefit plan that does not meet Massachusetts Minimum Creditable Coverage (MCC) standards will receive an email informing them of the MCC standards. Groups with other benefits that, when combined with their current health benefit plan, meet MCC standards are asked to complete and return an attestation form by December 3, 2021, so we can accurately reflect this information on the Massachusetts 1099-HC forms we produce in January.
