Employee Digital ID Card Access Now Available

Employers can now access medical and/or dental digital ID cards* for covered employees through Manage My Group. Digital ID cards offer convenience and peace of mind until physical ID cards arrive or if ID cards are misplaced.

To access the new tool, log into TrustmarkSB.com/login > Administration > Manage My Group > Digital ID Card.

Sharing the ID card(s) is simple! Open the digital ID card(s) file to view, print and/or save. Share the digital ID card(s) file via print or email with your covered employee(s).

Manage My Group, an online suite of tools, provides you with tools to administer to your employees’ needs, such as:

  • Adding a new employee or dependent
  • Updating a physical address
  • Correcting names or dates of birth
  • Terminating employee coverage
  • Running a census

Covered employees continue to have access to their digital ID card(s). Encourage your employees to register at TrustmarkSB.com/login to access all the resources our website offers.

*Please note: ID cards will only display the names of the covered employees, not the name of spouses or dependents. ID cards will be available between one and two business days after the ID card vendor has received the order.
