Only 29% of leaders have had neurodiversity training

Just a third of HR professionals and 29% of senior leaders have had specific training in relation to neurodiversity, according to research by City and Guilds and neurodiversity specialists Do-IT Solutions. The study was released to coincide with Neurodiversity Week (13 to 19 March), and consisted of answers from 972 respondents. BP reports 14.9% mean gender pay gap

Oil and gas firm BP has reported a mean gender pay gap of 14.9% for 2022, down from 19% in 2021. Its median gender pay gap for last year was 14.1%, down from 16.2%. A total of 69% of men made up the employer’s upper pay quartile in 2022, whereas its lower quartile consisted of 44% of men. A total of 90.8% of women and 89.8% of men received bonus pay in 2022, compared with 42% of both in 2021.
