The ruling in Lloyd v. Argent , No. 22-cv-4129, 2022 U.S. Dist. LEXIS 219964 (S.D.N.Y. Dec. 6, 2022), exposes the continued uncertainty as to the enforceability of arbitration provisions when applied to ERISA fiduciary breach claims.

The organisation’s median gender pay gap for this year was -4.3%, having narrowed compared with last year’s figure of -9.6%, but remaining well below the UK average median pay gap for 2022, which is 14.9 % in favour of male employees.

HR and payroll software provider Ciphr surveyed 265 UK-based CEOs and senior managers about what motivates their workforces to be more productive.
