Barratt Developments UK reports 8.8% mean gender pay gap

Housebuilding organisation Barratt Developments UK has published its 2022 gender pay gap report, showing its mean gender pay gap to have widened from 6.2% in 2021 to 8.8%. The business’ median gender pay gap also widened, from -0.4% last year to 6.3% in 2022. The mean bonus pay gap increased from -14.9% in 2021 to 27.3% this year, but its median bonus fell from 2.8% last year to -4.7% for 2022.
