MVF Global launches cost-of-living support package

Online customer acquisition and lead generation firm MVF Global has introduced a cost-of-living support package for its 500 UK employees.

The business partnered with financial wellbeing and money management platform Maji, after researching the market to find support that meets those most in need.

MVF Global staff can sign up to a free account on the platform and use its open banking feature to track spending, savings and investments, learn from insights into their finances, integrate their credit report, build their own budget, plan for the future and take part in digital coaching, which provides step by step action plans to tackle debt, investments and pensions.

They have also been given access to financial education through articles, live and on-demand masterclasses, videos and structured coaching journeys to take action, reduce their stress and improve outcomes, and one-to-one support from money coaches, financial planners, mortgage advisors and estate planners.

Maji will use the data generated to identify vulnerabilities and offer employees access to further help, including financial coaching sessions offered by its partner organisation FinWELL.

According to MVF Global, the confidential insights gained through the platform will enable it to tailor more support to its most vulnerable people.

Hannah Meredith, health and wellbeing partner at MVF, said: “I am so pleased to be able to provide our employees with vital support at this challenging time. Financial pressures are currently the number one cause of stress and poor mental health and it’s estimated that 94% of employees are likely to be worrying about money.

“It’s our hope that the support package will not only help to alleviate some of these pressures in the short term but also provide much needed longer-term financial wellbeing support and help our employees to achieve their financial goals.”
