British adults feel stressed for an average of eight days each month, with lack of sleep and money worries among the main causes of stress, according to new CIPHR research. A new study , commissioned by HR software provider CIPHR , reveals that most (79%) British adults feel stressed at least once a month, with the average being eight days a month.
