Procore appoints chief people officer

Procore Construction management software business Procore has appointed Olga Kibler as its chief people officer, as part of its commitment to invest in its people and culture.

Kibler will lead the organisation’s people strategy as it expands globally, across talent acquisition, operations and growth, talent business partners and employee relations, total rewards, and diversity, equity, inclusion, and belonging.

She has more than 20 years of human resources leadership experience at several software firms. Most recently, Kibler was with Five9, where she led the build-out of all aspects of its people function. Prior to this, she worked at DocuSign, where she led the business through a growth strategy, which focused on building a diverse team and inclusive culture across 20 countries.

Tooey Courtemanche, founder, president and chief executive officer at Procore, said: “Olga’s approach to people organisations is one of many reasons we are confident she is the right person to lead and inspire our global talent organisation (GTO) and ensure we remain a people-first business as we continue to scale.

“She approaches the GTO organisation with a focus on organisational effectiveness, operational excellence for scale, and building a high-performance culture. She views HR through the lens of driving business outcomes, ensuring that everything we do is connected to business goals. Olga’s passion for people and excellence in human resources, combined with her international leadership experience, is a huge asset to Procore.”
