Manage My Group Makes Administration Easier

Use Manage My Group online tools to update employee and dependent information, view and/or order ID cards, and update your business email and mailing address.

To access Manage My Group, log in to TrustmarkSB.com/login and follow this path: Administration > Manage My Group.

Your requests will be completed within 24 hours of receipt. You will receive two emails: one confirming we received your request and another to confirm your request has been completed.

Manage My Group allows employers to complete other tasks, including:

  • Adding a new employee, dependent, newborn or adopted child
  • Terminating coverage
  • Signing up for electronic funds transfer
  • Waiving coverage and more
