EStar launches enhanced benefits package for 2023

Mercedes-Benz truck and van franchise partner EStar has launched a range of new rewards and benefits for its more than 300 employees, including increased maternity pay. The business, located in North West England and North Wales, brought in three months of full pay and two months of half pay to its maternity offering for employees that have been in their roles for at least two years.
