Members Can Start Earning Vitality Rewards

Introducing a way for covered employees to get rewards for things they do to maintain or improve their health and lifestyle. Effective Jan. 1, 2022, the optional Lifestyle Management program, available to employees covered under self-funded major medical plan designs, now offers a Vitality rewards program featuring:

  • Vitality Points: Covered employees can earn points by participating in health-related activities, such as completing online education, checking on their goals, exercising and having regular medical screenings.
  • Vitality Bucks: The more covered employees engage, the more points they can earn for Vitality Bucks, which can be redeemed for fitness devices and gift cards.
  • Link fitness devices: Covered employees can link their fitness device or smartphone to automatically send their physical activities to Vitality.
  • Download the Vitality Today™ mobile app: Covered employees can use the app to log gym workouts, submit activities, check on goals and view points.

Today, this email describing the rewards program will be sent to employees covered under a plan administered by Star Marketing and Administration, Inc., that offers the Lifestyle Management program with Vitality.
