EXCLUSIVE: Tesco, Natwest Group, Channel 4 and Citi are just some of the employers which have made the highly anticipated shortlist for the Employee Benefits Awards 2023.

The full list of finalists is available to read here.

Employee Benefits would like to congratulate all of this year’s shortlisted finalists, and offer thanks to everyone who entered. Additional thanks go to the esteemed panel of judges, who dedicated their time to examining the high number of entries received.

The annual awards, which is in its 21st year, acknowledge the hard work carried out during 2022 by employers from a wide range of industries, recognising excellence in the reward, benefits and HR community, and celebrating those organisations, teams and individuals that have made a significant impact through their reward and benefits strategies.

The awards introduced three new categories for its 2023 event, making for 23 awards overall. The three new categories introduced were: Best public sector benefits, Best benefits to support reproductive health, and Best benefits to support work-life balance and hybrid working. Other categories include Best benefits to support menopause, Best benefits to support diversity, equity and inclusion, and Best motivation or recognition scheme.

There is no shortlist for the Employee Benefits Grand Prix category, as this winner will be revealed at the ceremony. The Grand Prix is awarded to the organisation that has most impressed judges with its overall achievements, with the University of Lincoln (team pictured above) scooping the prize for the past two years.

This year’s ceremony and summer party will be held at the Honourable Artillery Company, London (pictured) on Friday 23 June. This must-attend event for any HR professional will give entrants and industry professionals the opportunity to network and celebrate best practice and innovation.

Guests can look forward to a champagne reception, three-course lunch, a celebrity host and an exciting after-party with live music, dodgems, a carousel and big wheel in the venue’s private grounds.
