Employee Benefits Awards 2024 open for entries

The Employee Benefits Awards 2024 are now open for entries, celebrating and honouring excellence in the HR, reward and benefits community.

Set to take place on Friday 14 June 2024 at the HAC London, the event of the year for the reward, benefits and HR community recognises excellence and celebrates the organisations, teams and individuals that have made a difference and shaped the landscape through their innovative reward and benefits strategies during 2023.

2024’s event will feature 22 categories that are open for entries, ranging from pensions and motivation schemes, to mental health, financial wellbeing and healthcare.

The awards will also include the prestigious Grand Prix award, which cannot be entered but recognises the standout entry among the winners across all categories and is presented to the organisation that has most impressed judges with its overall achievements.

To celebrate individual achievement, the Benefits professional of the year award recognises a trailblazer who has not won the award in the past three years and has more than five years’ experience. This person will be someone people turn to for guidance and inspiration and is seen as a shining light in the industry.

The Rising star accolade, meanwhile, celebrates an HR professional who has been in the industry no more than five years, but who has already had a considerable impact on the HR and business strategies of their organisation.

The early bird entry rate has been set at £215 plus VAT for entries submitted by 5 January 2024. Entries received after that date will revert to the standard rate of £240 plus VAT.
