According to the plan document administered by Star Marketing and Administration, Inc., preventive services will be paid in accordance with the following guidelines:
- U.S. Preventive Services Task Force
- Health Resources and Services Administration
- Advisory Committee on Immunization Practices of the Centers for Disease Control and Prevention
Preventive services are subject to change as required by the Affordable Care Act. Recommended populations, age and frequency schedules apply.
