Appliance care specialist firm Domestic and General has appointed Anna Capitanio (pictured) as chief people officer as of March.
Capitanio, who also joined the leadership team, took over from Jenny Hillyer, who held the position of interim chief people officer.
Capitanio has more than two decades of experience across sectors including pharmaceuticals, telecommunications, hospitality and mining.
She joined from BT, where she was the director of human relations across the consumer division. Prior to this, Capitanio was chief people officer at global talent and technology solutions business La Fosse Associates, and global diversity and inclusion diversity, Australasia talent and learning director at IHG Hotels and Resorts. She also held roles at Australian multinational firm BHP.
