Legoland Discovery Centre looks for assistant master model builders

Legoland Discovery Centre BirminghamLegoland Discovery Centre Birmingham has started searching for assistant master model builders, a role ideal for enthusiasts who want to bring Lego worlds to life and create magical experiences.

There are two full-time and one part-time roles available on an initial 12-month fixed-term contract, and full availability is required across some weekends and school and bank holidays.

Successful applicants will be inspiring and teaching guests to create interesting and imaginative builds, while also championing guest engagement and a shared build experience through interacting directly with a model builder. They will work with the master model builder to offer workshops involving different levels of challenges and complexity to inspire the builders of today and tomorrow.

Those who want to start building their application will have a passion for Lego and a desire to share this with others, an outgoing personality with a charismatic and fun-loving nature, excellent communication skills and the ability to confidently explain builds and the design process, brand knowledge, be great with children and able to communicate on their level, be creative with a hobbyist mentality and always seeking new ways to bring ideas to life, and comfortable on camera with television, social media and other forms of PR.
