OC&C Strategy Consultants introduces global equal parental leave

Global strategy consulting firm OC&C Strategy Consultants has launched a fully equalised paid parental leave policy in a move towards gender equality for all of its employees. It will be rolling out the new policy across all 12 of its offices in Australia, China, France, Germany, Hong Kong, Italy, Netherlands, US and UK. The policy promotes shared care through equalising paid leave and flexibility for how that leave is taken.
