For members enrolled in medical coverage, preventive services will be covered in accordance with the following guidelines:
- U.S. Preventive Services Task Force
- Health Resources and Services Administration
- Advisory Committee on Immunization Practices of the Centers for Disease Control and Prevention
Preventive services are subject to change. Recommended populations, age and frequency schedules apply.
