GRA’s 1Quote system was designed as a tool to help agents save time and increase efficiency relating to the Michigan small group quoting process. We continue with that goal by consistently looking for ways to improve. Thanks to client feedback, we are happy to announce the release of multiple system enhancements that increase user experience and bring small group comparisons to the next level.
System enhancements include:
- Multiple export customization enhancements (Color added to comparison export!)
- Include background color on headers
- Change border and font colors
- Change font size
- Color and font size selections will be set as default under User’s profile
- Cover Page tab added to the comparison export
- Ability to include or omit Cover Page under User profile
- Multiple Employer Contribution enhancements
- Ability to allocate different contribution amounts amongst Employee, Spouse, and Child(ren)
- Contribution amounts can be different for each plan included in comparison
- Export contains a new Contributions tab that breaks out EE and ER totals per plan
- Ability to change contribution amounts/percentages within the export and automatically update totals on the medical tab
- Census enhancements
- Ability to import BCBSM/BCN OneSource census. No more copying and pasting into a different template!
