AssuredPartners Announces Promotion of Mike Kish

LAKE MARY, FL – July 31, 2018 – AssuredPartners, Inc. is pleased to announce the promotion of Mike Kish to Vice President of Corporate Development. In this capacity, Mike will be responsible for managing the M&A activity with respect to market scans, pipeline activity and leadership in the execution of acquisitions to support corporate growth and profitability. Mike joined AssuredPartners as Director of Mergers & Acquisitions in 2012 and has assisted in the closing of over 200 acquisitions. During his tenure, he has been an integral part of AssuredPartners acquisitions team and has been a leader in creating the internal diligence team. He will continue his leadership under the direction of Paul Vredenburg, Executive Vice President & Chief Acquisition Officer.
Before joining AssuredPartners, Mike was employed by an independent insurance agency in a production capacity and worked for eight years at a boutique consulting firm that caters to the insurance agent and brokerage space. He received a Bachelor of Business Administration degree in finance and economics from Ohio University.
