Cummins signs menopause workplace pledge

Darlington-based power firm Cummins has signed the menopause workplace pledge to support employees impacted by the menopause. It has already introduced Initiatives that support the pledge, such as flexible working schedules, increased availability of temperature control and easy access to sanitary products.
