Loaded PR launches super-flexible working

Leeds-based marketing agency Loaded PR has introduced a ‘ work when you want ’ model for its six members of staff. Director Gemma Birbeck said it had been implemented due to her belief that people should be able to work when they are at their most creative and productive, which is not always the traditional hours of 9am to 5pm.
