Digital workflow platform ServiceNow has named former Xerox and Accenture director Karen Pavlin as chief equity and inclusion officer. Jacqui Canney, chief people officer at ServiceNow, said in a blog post that Pavlin was “a proven leader”. “At Pavlin will be based in New York and have global responsibilities.
