GTCR previously owned AssuredPartners from its inception in 2011 until its sale to Apax VIII in 2015. acquires and invests in insurance brokerage businesses (property and casualty, employee benefits, surety and MGU’s) across the United States and in London. The terms of today’s transaction were not disclosed.
