According to said State document, employers are to allot 4 months of paid leave, 8 weeks prior to delivery and 8 weeks post-childbirth, to pregnant women.

United Kingdom Parental Bereavement Act

In the United Kingdom, the Parental Bereavement Act 2018 entitles employees to take two weeks’ leave due to the death of a child under 18.
