AIB to introduce bonus and healthcare benefits for employees

From 1 January 2024, it will introduce healthcare benefits for the first time for all employees in the Republic of Ireland and Northern Ireland. In addition, AIB will introduce a variable pay scheme, which will amount to no more than 5% of an employee’s salary, up to a maximum of €12,700, subject to group performance conditions being met.
