Banking organisation Deutsche Bank has enhanced its parental leave benefits for employees across the Asia Pacific region. Non-primary caregivers of a newborn or newly adopted child can take up to 16 weeks of paid leave, up from two weeks, while those who experience a miscarriage will also be eligible for paid leave.
