A French Employee Sues His Employer for Depression

Lancashire County Council ordered to pay £800,000 in discrimination case

An employment tribunal has ruled that Lancashire County Council must pay out more than £800,000 to a teacher who was made to reapply for her job while on sick leave with cancer and then sacked.
